What we collect

Information you give us: the address you search, the email you use for delivery, realtor contact profiles you save, inspection files you upload, and any values you override.

Information we assemble: public and licensed property data for the addresses you look up, plus basic usage data needed to run and improve the service.

How we use it

To generate your report, rank findings, estimate cost-to-cure, draft realtor letters, deliver results to your email, and maintain your ongoing home file.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't send your inspection documents to a realtor or third party unless you choose to share or email them.

Storage and retention

Reports, uploads, and saved profiles are kept while your account is active so your home file stays useful. You can ask us to delete a report, an upload, or your whole account at any time.

Service providers

We use infrastructure, data, and AI providers to operate Argo. They may process your content only to provide their service to us, under contract.

Your choices

Request a copy of your data, correct property values through the edit-and-confirm step, unsubscribe from report emails, or ask for deletion by emailing hello@argo.home.
