Estimates are directional ranges built from typical regional labor and material costs for the scope described. They're meant to support a decision — repair now or later — not to replace a contractor's bid or a licensed appraisal.

Where does the property data come from?

Public and commercial layers: assessor and tax records, sale history, permit filings, FEMA flood zones, wildfire, wind, hail and seismic models, school and neighborhood data, plus utility and equipment details. Each field on your report shows its status and confidence.

Why do some fields say 'in build' or 'planned'?

Argo labels every field with its status and confidence, so you never mistake a gap for a clean result. Layers still being onboarded are marked, and your report updates as they come online.

What is the realtor letter?

A ready-to-send letter summarizing the ranked findings and cost-to-cure. Pick buyer or seller framing, choose a tone, drop in your contact details, then copy it, download a PDF, or email it straight to your agent.

Yes. The 'Edit & confirm' step lets you override any extracted value — roof age, square footage, systems — and the risk ranking recalculates immediately.

The initial address report is free. Argo Pro is $199 one time per home — the owner-held record and action layer for the physical home. When you sell, the $199 comes back to you as the record transfers to the buyer.

No. Argo makes an inspection more useful and gives you context before and after one. Always hire a licensed inspector for the physical assessment.
